TalkTalk
Challenge
As the prime integrator between various solution providers, TalkTalk’s role was critical in delivering its Android TV project. Launch Lab was engaged to oversee the whole programme and manage the system integration and QA.
This included: installing a Programme Delivery Lead to establish full governance and oversight of the programme and sourcing and onboarding a centralised integration function to manage all software and hardware workstream coordination and quality assurance.
