Challenge

As the prime integrator between various solution providers, TalkTalk’s role was critical in delivering its Android TV project. Launch Lab was engaged to oversee the whole programme and manage the system integration and QA.

This included: installing a Programme Delivery Lead to establish full governance and oversight of the programme and sourcing and onboarding a centralised integration function to manage all software and hardware workstream coordination and quality assurance.

The Launch Lab C-suite TV specialists conducted assessments for all relevant Programme Leads, including interviews and presentation reviews.

Launch Lab’s experts curated a short list of talent and presented it to the hiring manager, with a 100% success rate against the shortlisted candidates.

The new team members were onboarded and ready to go within 7 days of the brief. The team was flexed up and down as requirements evolved.
